CP Energy Resources Pte. Ltd. was established in Singapore in 2007 as a management consultancy company. Following the addition of new shareholders the company changed its name and CPENRES now has the mission to provide a vehicle for its owners and principals to develop business opportunities across Asia Pacific and the Near East in oil & gas, telecommunications, renewable energy, commodity trading, and environmental technology sectors.
